Jessica Blazok, ATC, CPFT

Jessica graduated in 2005 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with specializations in Athletic Training and Health Promotions. Jessica is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and Certified Aerobics Instructor. Jessica started with FAST Physical Therapy in 2006 and focuses on fitness and weight loss training. She also has extensive experience in the coaching world. She was the head coach of the Junior Varsity Softball Team at Brandon High School in Michigan, and head coach of the Michigan Outlaws 16u Gold Travel Softball Team. Currently, she is the head coach of the Junior Varsity Softball Team at Traverse City West Senior High School.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, swimming, working out, playing and coaching softball, and hanging out with her friends.
