Physical therapy home visits are right for you if you need physical therapy but cannot get to our clinic. This may be because you cannot drive, cannot find a ride or you are unable to leave your home. If a friend or family member can drive you to our clinic, this is best, because our clinic has equipment that your home would not have. However, if you do not have a ride or are unable to leave your home, we are more than happy to come to you for physical therapy.

We can improve your quality of life and make it easier for you to be active in your home and community by improving in the following areas: balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. We can also decrease or eliminate pain in your joints, muscles and nerves.

At the current time, we can come to your home if you live within 10 miles of our Copper Ridge clinic in Traverse City. Some of the areas we cover are: downtown Traverse City, Glen Eagle and the Village at Bay Ridge Senior Communities. If you have questions, please give us a call.

Yes you still need a prescription for home visits. Please contact your physician and request a prescription to go to FAST Physical Therapy.

Yes, your medical insurance will cover home visits exactly the same as if you were coming into our clinic. There is no difference in the cost to you or the insurance company. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company and let you know if you have a deductible and/or co-pay for your visits.
