Fast Fitness Functional Accelerated Sports Training Staff

Annemarie Wigton, CPT, CMT

Annemarie graduated in 2007 from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Studies. While attending CMU, Annemarie was a member of the Varsity Softball Team and ARMY ROTC. During her studies at CMU, she graduated from Blue Heron Academy and became a member of the American Medical Massage Association and a Certified Massage Therapist. Annemarie is a National College of Sports Academy Certified Personal Trainer and is also certified through Cincinnati SportsMetrics.

Annemarie started with FAST in the spring of 2008. She currently trains athletes for our FAST Fitness program and assists our Certified Athletic Trainers with group training.

Outside of work, Annemarie enjoys spending time with family and friends.
