We are locally owned by physical therapists, Jill and Rex Holden. Since opening our doors in October of 2005, we have grown our staff to over 25 strong. Currently, FAST Physical Therapy has two locations: Traverse City, Michigan and Elk Rapids, Michigan.

Our physical therapy clinic serves a diverse population with a high number of young and middle aged athletes as well as an active retired population. Additionally, our on-site FAST Fitness business serves area athletes with a focus on speed and agility training. Skiers, runners, golfers, and hockey players are just a few of the elite athletes we train in our clinic to optimize their competitive performance.

Our facilities are known for their cutting edge technology and result oriented techniques. We are proud to house the only High Speed Treadmill, Keiser Air Runner and Vibration Platform in Northern Michigan. We also have a Pneumex Unloading Treadmill System and practice the pain relieving technique called PRRT (Prime Reflex Release Technique). As you can imagine, this attracts serious-minded athletes and committed patients alike.
